Do you offer online shopping?
No, not at this stage. Ordering is easy, email me an order or any other questions and will confirm pricing and when your order will be ready. I am looking at incorporating online ordering depending on interest for this service. I do have limited in stock specials which can be purchased through me.
Can I book a time to view your products?
Yes, fill out the contact enquiry form and I will get back to you. As I work out of a residential address you need to book an appropriate time that suits us both so I can make myself available and we can discuss options.
Do you ship New Zealand wide?
Yes, I am happy to get a quote from NZ Post (preferred). Although, I don't usually ship larger frames due to their fragile nature. Smaller frames ship better when in pairs. All shipping is carefully packaged with protective wrapping. There is a small charge for packaging to cover the cost needed to protect your order. The protective packaging can be re-used for your own purposes.
How do I pay?
I will issue you a detailed invoice and then payment can be made to my nominated bank account. If a deposit is required and paid, your final invoice will reflect the deposit paid. Full payment is required prior to picking up or shipping of any orders.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, 30% - 50% deposit is required for all frames as they are custom made for your specific need. Also, any large orders for art boards will require a committed deposit.
Do you make other sizes?
I can make art boards up to 1200x1200. Floating frames for standard HD (38mm) profile canvas sizes up to approximately 1200mm. If you have a specific size/profile in mind, please get in touch. I am working on accomodating large format art boards and frames. You can view sizes and prices of my art boards here.
