Art Boards price list
Art boards are made to order, the face (MDF/BIRCH PLY) is bonded to the pine bracing to achieve a premium product.
Materials used are quality and sourced locally from reputable suppliers.
The Birch is very high quality 100% Premium Birch. Lovely blonde grain, very rigid stable surface, a preferred choice for artists.
MDF is widely used as an alternative choice, it has a super smooth surface, perfect for mounting and various media types.
Current stock - Premium Birch 4mm and MDF 4.8mm.
The art boards can be matched with my floating frames to order.
Sealing your art boards is recommended, it creates a barrier that will protect the wood and ensure preservation of your work.
Gesso option includes 3 coats of acrylic gesso (front and sides), adding the additional GAC100 option includes the art board sealed with 2 coats (front, back and sides).
